TERMS OF REPRESENTATION

Personal Injury and Wrongful Death cases are accepted on a contingent fee.  Most other cases, including Criminal, Divorce, and Real Estate are billed hourly, subject to a minimum fee for which a cash advance is required. DUI, Traffic, and minor Domestic cases are subject to flat rates or hourly billings.

Extended investigation and assessment of cases may be subject to advance arrangements for hourly billing.

If your case is better suited to the special expertise of another attorney, I will make an appropriate referral.

I currently rent an office space at the Law Office of Pasco & Pasco in Covington.  I schedule appointments one day a week at this office in Covington.  Weekend and evening appointments may be available upon request.
